Michael is an experienced courtroom advocate. With over twelve years of practice state-wide in Indiana, Michael has personally tried 19 jury trials and completed countless bench trials, motions, depositions and mediations. He has represented clients ranging from high-risk automobile insureds to large companies (in matters of general liability, coverage, subrogation, contract breach and bad faith).
 
In addition to his trial practice, Michael focuses on domestic litigation (divorce, custody, support) and small business/personal services, including contract disputes, franchise agreements, non-compete issues, lease matters and other issues confronted by the small business owner/entrepreneur.
 
Michael is a skilled negotiator with a direct approach- - aggressive and effective. Michael’s talents include “seeing the big picture” which allows him to advise his clients on strategic options and let them decide whether litigation or settlement is the proper course. Either way, Michael is equipped to proceed without hesitation.
 
In his personal life, Michael enjoys spending time with family, especially his son Liam Patrick, friends, cooking, fitness, reading, and real estate projects.
 
A former town attorney, Valerie has appeared before a wide range of state and federal courts across the state of Indiana, handling a wide array of tort and contract matters. Valerie’s practice covers all aspects of general litigation, including pre-suit investigation, mediation and all phases of trial preparation through trial and appeal, with an emphasis on construction defects and accidents, products liability, automobile; contract dispute, premises liability, and coverage.
 
Valerie has an approachable, credible demeanor that affords her a down-to-earth rapport with judges, opposing counsel and a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals to corporations.
 
Valerie has achieved fine results for her clients through zealous oral and written advocacy.
 
Outside of the law, Valerie is passionate about her son Liam, animal rescue (with an emphasis on dogs), cooking, piano, health and fitness, real estate and home improvement projects.
